Each opportunity is offered on a project-by-project basis, following direct communication and documentation review.

The Chief Executive Officer
The founder of the company is Mr. Yordan Uzunov, who brings over 35 years of entrepreneurial and business management experience across multiple sectors, with a consistent track record of operating profitable ventures.
Throughout this period, Mr. Uzunov has maintained a disciplined approach to financial management, with no history of bankruptcy, default or outstanding financial obligations. All business operations have been conducted with a focus on sustainability, operational soundness and long-term value creation.
Our operating philosophy is built on prudent risk management, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation—principles applied consistently across every project we undertake.
In addition, the company is supported by a strong analytical and legal perspective through close collaboration with a UK-trained legal professional (Oxford Brookes University), contributing to structured decision-making, legal oversight, and documentation standards.
Beyond business, Mr. Uzunov has demonstrated strategic thinking and discipline from an early age, having been a national youth chess champion in Bulgaria — a background that continues to inform a methodical and long-term approach to investment decisions.

Design and development of a custom-built single-family residence comprising approximately 310 sq.m. of living area, 115 sq.m. garage facilities, a 1,500 sq.m. landscaped plot, and a 100 sq.m. outdoor swimming pool. The project was personally managed from land acquisition through design, permitting, construction, and completion. - Brestnik, Plovdiv Region – Completed (2026) single-family residence (120 sq.m. plus attic 80 sq.m.) on a 1,000 sq.m. plot.
Projects Under Development
- Belomorski, Plovdiv – Consolidation of three land parcels into a 1,200 sq.m. development site. Residential project under planning (approximately 2,880 sq.m. GBA). The land has already been purchased and it is already in the city’s building regulations.
- Belomorski, Plovdiv – Mixed-use residential and commercial development on a 1,150 sq.m. site (approximately 2,823 sq.m. GBA). Planning and design activities underway. The land has already been purchased and it is already in the city’s building regulations.
